For all of our ten years, we’ve continually looked to see how we can improve. And this year is no different. Out quest remains to be the best we can be. Last year we introduced our managed support plans, offering continuous monitoring of your networks, and secure remote support allowing us to respond faster to your needs. These are already making a big difference for subscribers to this service, with improved network performance and a few server crashes averted through timely intervention.
