The best way to get an engineer quickly is to call our main office number - 09 3798200 or 0800KINETICS.  Our service co-ordinators will be ready to take your call and get your engineer to call you back or visit you quickly.

You see, if the engineer is focussed on their task at hand, they'll put that front and centre in their mind.  Their next commitment - a call to be returned, or an urgent visit may well slip from their attention for the best of reasons.  In fact, we've noticed the best engineers are often the worst time managers.  So we know this happens so we've built systems to overcome it.  Our service co-ordinators will log your call and keep following it up until it is undertaken and resolved. That's their job and they won't be distracted from it.  They know where our engineers are, and what they are doing, and can make alternative arrangements to ensure we give you the very best service.

All we need to do is make sure your request is logged with them so they can perform their magic.  And that's where we need your help.  If you call the office numbers, they'll then know about your requirement and can ensure it is fulfilled.

There is a comparison.  If you need the AA, you ring their call centre, not the last guy to come out.  Unlike the AA, we will always try to send you the same people to help, and it's easier if we can manage the process from our service desk.
