It’s been quite some time since TelstraClear purchased the ISP Paradise. 

Ever since then, many people signing up for TelstraClear Internet services have been given a Paradise ADSL login and have used the Paradise servers for their email.   Telstra are now moving their business customers from Paradise to TelstraClear connections.   This transition will take place over the next 18 months.  The move requires a change to be made on those customer's routers and, in some cases, a change will also need to be made on their mail server.  

If you use a Paradise connection, TelstraClear will be contacting you.  At that point you will need to alert Kinetics so we can arrange the cut over for you.

TelstraClear tell us that they are making the change to consolidate their business investments.  They also believe that the TelstraClear network is more stable and user-friendly.
