Change is inevitable.
We're sad to see the dearture later this month of Jarrod Hewson. Jarrod is off to join a large corporate, where he looks forward to developing his career in new directions that he can't do at Kinetics. He's been with us for about 100 years (ok, just under 5!) and he's made a huge impact on our business, and for our clients. His contribution to our success over the last few years can't be understated. We will all miss Jarrod and wish him the very best for the future.
But all is not lost!
Over the last few months, we've been joined by two experienced team leaders, both from South Africa. Wayne Bloem and Corrie Schoonbee both step up as team leaders at Kinetics, allowing us to have three horizontal engineering teams. Both Wayne and Corrie have been moving towards this change for a while, taking over technical leadership for a number of our key clients. We're very proud to have both of them with us and this step forward for both of them is well deserved. This change will allow us to increase our key-client focus. It means that we can be more proactive than ever before, especially with our KARE managed clients.
Our Commitment
In these challenging times, relaible, cost-effective IT systems are critical as businesses seek to trim costs and maximise productivity. At Kinetics, we are committed to delivering the highest quality service levels, combined with proactive advice to help our clients succeed in the 2009 business environment. This change is part of that :
- Moving towards more engineering teams with fewer clients in each to provide greater customer focus and proactivity;
- New network support plans, using the latest tools, to give our clients more choice and control over their IT budgets, while ensuring peace of mind; and
- Computer coaching, to help your staff get the most from your computer system each and every day.
We recognise that the use of computers in your business is critical to your success. We know you need them to work, and there is never a good time for a problem, so we need to help you minimise problems. We recognise that you and and your staff spend increasing time each day at the keyboard, and it is up to us to make that as productive as possible by removing frustrations and empowering you to use the tools you've invested in.
That's what we mean when we say 'Making IT work for you'
