How's your system documentation?

As company IT infrastructure evolves, it is not uncommon for documentation to be overlooked. Inadequate documentation means that any time you have a problem, your I.T. staff must start from scratch in determining the characteristics of your servers, workstations and general network environment. Any change in I.T. staff leaves you vulnerable due to the knowledge that has gone with the employee. Let our engineers perform an on-site inspection of your network, including your servers and (optionally) workstations to provide a full set of site documentation notes, and recommendations should any aspects of your network not conform to 'best practices'.

Once in place, the network audit remains a 'living document' which is updated by our engineers whenever we make any additions, removals or amendments to the setup of your network. This ensures the information you have stays current.
