Once a system has been designed, the next step is to implement it.   Kinetics will help you procure the equipment and software needed.  Kinetics doesn’t supply products and acts only to help you get the right items at the best price. 

We develop a project plan with you, outlining the deliverables and the timelines.  Exact costings are crucial to ensuring you get no unpleasant surprises.  We work with you to identify the impacts on your staff and business.  And we undertake risk assessments to ensure we mitigate against any problems.

Projects are done under the watchful eye of a project manager and team leader.  We review them afterwards with you to ensure everything is 100% to your satisfaction.  We document everything and leave you updated site documentation.

When the project is completed, we move into regular support to maintain it at full efficiency.
