For customers. we need to hold certain certain information to act as your trusted IT partner.  

For employees or candidates, we need to hold personal information to manage your time with us, and to meet our legal obligations.

We collect personal information from you and your users, including information about your:

• • name
  • contact information
  • computer or network
  • billing, purchase and other accounting information
  • communications with us (email, tickets etc)

We collect your personal information in order to meet our commercial obligations to you.  This includes undertaking work for you, managing licensing, accurately accounting for our work, and reporting back to you.  We also need it to market ourselves and share what we do with you.

Besides our staff, we share this information with suppliers such as, but not limited to, Microsoft in order to process licensing, order products and provide support.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter all the information we need, we’ll be limited in the some of the services we can provide.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted formats and and allowing only those who need the information access to it, alomg with regular privacy and security training for all our staff.
